So, do you like to travel? Or perhaps you have never left your own home town, but you want to venture out now.

Maybe this list of some of the top cities to visit will have you packing your bags and leaving out the front door and on to your next adventure.

San Francisco
Let’s start our travels from the beautiful city of San Francisco in California. From science and art museums to zoos and outdoor shopping, there is much to do and lots to see.

A big attraction located just 1.5 miles offshore is the Alcatraz Island, home to the infamous federal prison known as “The Rock.”

We also can’t forget the world famous Golden Gate Bridge, which was completed in 1937. Eclectic people, relaxed atmosphere, and ample stuff to do, are what make San Francisco one of the top cities to visit.

Hollywood
Our next stop is down the coast to the glamorous city of Hollywood. Established in 1853, later becoming an agricultural community, Hollywood has seen immense and numerous changes. Home to many intrepid producers, actors, and musicians, many aspiring artists travel there to “make it big.”

With so many things to do ranging from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and TV show tapings to wax museums and tours, it is impossible for you to get bored. It is even likely you will see one of your favorite actors driving around this glitzy town.

Boulder, Colorado
Another top city to visit is Boulder, Colorado. At an elevation of 5,430 feet, the cool, crisp air is breathtaking! During the winter months, Boulder is a skier’s paradise since the average annual winter snowfall is around 100 feet.

Boulder is home to the Eldorado Canyon State Park, countless hiking and biking trails, and many wineries and microbreweries. There are three national laboratories – the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, National Institute of Standards, and the National Center for Atmospheric Research – all the three adding to the city’s allure.

Miami
Next, we travel to the city of Miami in Florida with its 84 miles of Atlantic coastline. With 10 stadiums and arenas, from tennis and soccer to baseball and basketball, Miami is a sports enthusiast’s dream. Your day can also be spent visiting Miami’s five zoos and aquariums all within close proximity of each other.

And if it’s night life you crave, this city surely has what you are looking for! Over 20 nightclubs, bars, and restaurants are peppered throughout this sultry city.

New York City
One more city to visit is New York City, also known as “the city that never sleeps.” Broadway shows, sporting events, outdoor comedy shows, and other major attractions; there’s almost too much to do. In New York, there is always something going on during all hours of day and night. Take a walk in the world renowned Central Park, wander through the Metropolitan Museum of Art, or catch a ferry to the Statue of Liberty. New York City has something for everyone to enjoy.
